I paid for Bollywood Ringtone - how do I
download it now?
It depends on your cell phone model and service
provider. With some phones and providers, the ringtone is
automatically sent from the server to the mobile and it arrives
as a SMS message which upon acceptance, downloads the tone. On
other phone, you will have to use your phone's web browser to
visit http://www.mmwap.com
and enter the unique ID number provided to you upon payment of
the tone.

I cannot minimize the player and it says

I need help with the Streaming audio, what
music player do I need?
All you need is latest version of Real Audio player (Basic free
version). If you don't have it, download it from
http://www.real.com/
I have Real Player installed but I can't hear any songs playing
There are many reasons for this - mostly it is due to incorrect
computer configuration:
1) Make sure you have latest version of Free Basic Real Player.
Sometimes if the player version is old, instead of giving option
to upgrade, it simply stops playing songs.
2) If you computer is on network firewall, your network may be
blocking RTSP protocol that is used by real player to stream
audio. You will have to contact your network administrator to
have rtsp port unblocked.
3) Make sure your computer does not have software that blocks
Javascript and embedded object tags. Some banner-blocker
softwares have this option enabled and this causes the real
player plugin to not load correctly.
4) The songs may take longer to "buffer" if you are on a slow
internet connection such as 28.8K modem dial-up. If you see the
songs's title and album info but can't hear anything, the player
may be just buffering. Just wait a few more seconds and you
should be able to hear the music.
5) If you still can't figure out the problem, please seek help
from someone who can take a look at your computer to
troubleshoot further. Contacting us may be of little help since
this list covers most of the common reasons for not being able
to hear the music.
