    First decide if you want to order a monophonic or polyphonic ringtone. You can recognize monophonic ringtones by the speaker sign; polyphonic ringtones can be recognized by the speaker sign.

    Select your mobile phone from the list and fill in your mobile telephone number

    2. I haven't received my ringtone
    If you have ordered a ringtone, but you haven't received it yet, please check the points below:

    Have you filled in the correct mobile phone number?

    Due to congestion it can occur that your ringtone takes longer to reach your mobile phone. Should your ringtone not reach your mobile phone within 24 hours, than please contact us.
